Fan Expo Boston Comic Con is one of my favorites and this was my second year there. It's great to meet up with friends in the Boston area who I have not seen in a while. Locations for photography is limited, but there are some nice spots that are around. Unfortunately, the rain kept me from going outside as much as I would have liked.
There is a lot to do at this convention. Plenty of merchandise and art to look at and plenty of celebrities that are within eye view if you at least want to see what your favorite actor / actress looks like. Personally I did got see a few of them as the chances to meet them again is limited.
Being that it is the peak of summer, the convention hall does a really good job with the AC, keeping the lines moving, and with overall security. There's plenty of parking at the convention site but I wound up parking at a different garage right behind the main parking lot. There are shuttle services from there as walking from the garage can be a bit challenging.
